1.MS Office proficient (I.e. Excel & Word)

2.Knowledge of QuickBooks

3.General computer experience.

Major Duties/Responsibilities

1. Deal directly with dealers either by telephone or electronically via email or fax
2. Warehouse / wholesale CSR experience a must
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills, and Attention to detail and accuracy as well
4. General office assignments as needs
5. Strong team player; assist other customer service team members
